DoSA Congratulates Prof. Amos-Abanyie on Successful Professorial Inaugural Lecture

The Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, extends heartfelt congratulations to the Deputy Director of Housing and Welfare, Professor Amos-Abanyie, on the successful delivery of his Professorial Inaugural Lecture.

Held on Thursday, 16th April 2026 at the Great Hall, the lecture was delivered on the thought-provoking topic, “Protecting Humanity from Itself.” The presentation explored critical issues surrounding building standards, structural safety, and the responsibility of society in ensuring healthy and secure living environments.

The lecture highlighted concerns about substandard buildings, access to safe accommodation, enforcement of standards, and the need for proper systems of accountability when buildings fail occupants.
