DoSA Board

The DoSA Board is responsible for the formulation of policies for the guidance and direction of the Directorate (Statute 45, KNUST Statute; Council Decision, Recorder No. 518, April 2022. Vol. 157.). 

Membership of the DoSA Board 

The membership of the Board comprise the following: 

  1. Director, DoSA, Chairman; 

  1. Deputy Registrar, Student Affairs (Secretary) 

  1. Deputy Director (Housing & Welfare), Member; 

  1. Deputy Director (Conduct & Discipline), Member; 

  1. Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), Member; 

  1. Deputy Finance Officer, Member; 

  1. Two (2) Hall Masters/Warden elected by the Committee of Hall Masters/Warden (CoHA Chairperson and Hall Master, KOHs), Members; 

  1. Two (2) Senior Hall Tutors elected by the Committee of Hall Masters/Warden (CoHA Secretary and Representative, Off-Campus Senior Tutors); 

  1. Two (2) Deans appointed by the Academic Board, Members; 

  1. The University Chaplains, Members; 

  1. One (1) GRASAG Representative, four (4) Student Representative Council (SRC), one (1) of whom shall be a non-resident and one of whom shall be a female, Members; 

  1. Chairman, Off-Campus Senior Tutors, Member;
