VCSEA 2026, Call for Abstracts: Postgraduate Poster & Exhibition Competition

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology is inviting postgraduate students to submit abstracts for the Vice-Chancellor's Students' Excellence Awards (VCSEA) 2026 Poster and Exhibition Competition.

The competition provides an exciting platform for postgraduate students to showcase their research, innovative projects, and creative ideas to the university community. It is designed to celebrate academic excellence while promoting research, innovation, and knowledge sharing across various disciplines.

The poster exhibition is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 27th July 2026, at the Great Hall, KNUST, where selected participants will have the opportunity to present their work before members of the university community and a panel of assessors.

Interested postgraduate students are encouraged to submit their applications through the official VCSEA portal at vcsea.knust.edu.gh. Applications close on 20th July 2026. Applicants are advised to submit their entries early, as participation is limited to thirty (30) students in each category.

In recognition of participants' efforts and contributions, certificates will be awarded to all successful participants.

The Directorate of Student Affairs encourages eligible postgraduate students to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase their academic achievements, expand their professional networks, and contribute to KNUST's culture of excellence in research and innovation.
