AIESEC is a global, youth-led organization that focuses on developing leadership skills in young people through international exchange programs and practical experiences. Founded in 1948, AIESEC operates in over 100 countries and provides opportunities such as internships, volunteer projects, and team experiences aimed at building leadership, cultural understanding, and personal growth.

AIESEC in KNUST is one of the six chapters of AIESEC in Ghana. It is led by the Local Committee President (LCP), assisted by six Vice Presidents overseeing the various departments within the organization. The mission of AIESEC globally is: “Establish peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential.”

Empower the youth to become value-driven leaders through practical experiences and cultural exchanges.
